Back to school time is right around the corner! Kiss 96.9 and the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass wants to makes sure EVERY kid in our community has what they need to start the school year off right.
How can you help? Each week Kiss 96.9 will take our ‘Stuff a Bus’ school bus to different partner locations. We will be collecting notebooks, pens and other school supplies every kid needs. Kiss 96.9 will also be collecting new and gently used clothes, shoes and backpacks. All supplies will benefit the Lexington Women’s Club, which provides clothing for underprivileged school children, and the FCPS Family Resource and Use Service Centers, who provide school supplies as needed.
Stop by and see us! We will be at the following locations collecting items:
- Monday 7/25 from 4pm-6pm – Howard Curry Shoes, 2535 Nicholasville Road, Lexington
- Wednesday 7/27 from 1pm – 4pm at SkyZone Trampoline Park, 3644 Boston Road, Lexington
- Saturday 7/30 from 10am – 1pm at Andover Country Club, 3450 Todd’s Road, Lexington
- Wednesday 8/3 from 1pm – 4pm – SkyZone Trampoline Park, 3644 Boston Road, Lexington – drop off items and receive a FREE back to school haircut next door from The Paul Mitchell School!
- Friday 8/5 from noon – 2pm at Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass in Simpsonville
